It all started with a call I received from a company called Turn Key Internet Solutions, LLC
The young lady mentioned to me that somehow she had heard that I was interested in starting an online Internet business. She also mentioned that for as little as $500 that I could be up and running within 30 days.
I asked her what was the catch, she said there is none and I without thinking said yes, grabbed my credit card and gave away $500.
Rule #2 – Haste makes waste
I consider myself very savvy and a very frugal person when it comes to money. But if I had taken an extra day, hell an extra hour, I would have easily seen the Red Flags associated with this company.
For one, this company had no track record, good or bad…nothing. I checked Google, Yahoo, Ask and others, not a thing. That should have been a major red flag to me and I should have begun proceeding with caution.
However, sometime later, but after the fact, I began finding complaints on the Better Business Bureau website about companies with similar names in the same geographical area (see links below):
Turn-Key Systems Inc Turn Key Solutions Inc Turn Key Advertising
These companies had major complaints filed against them. But of course, I being the optimist still felt that my situation was going to be different. I was going to be in control of the process, boy was I wrong.

Thanks John;
To you and about 3 other Rip-Off complainants that I’ve found listed under a few of about 250,000 listings for “Turnkey Internet”…….websites. I was dealing with Ashley Sears and Charles McClelland over a period of three days and was on the verge of blessing them with somewhere between $1500 and $8500 to advertise my $750 lifetime website that they had already sold me and collected from my debit card. The scam that they were trying to reel me in with was a $3000 rebate on their “D” advertising package, original price $8500, to attract 300,000 guaranteed, prequalified, ready-to-buy shoppers to my already predesigned,
up-and-running “greatestshoppingmall.com,”web store;allowing me to reap average commission checks of between $12,000 and $15,000 MONTHLY!!!! I’ve seen the reports of those of you who were forthwright enough to reveal your $5000+++rip-offs and commision checks that could have been written on toilet paper.
Unless I’m mistaken, “Ashley Sears” and “Charles McClelland” are characters from “High School Musical” or somewhere and the five grand that you saved me is like a gift from above. I should have known better, since I was bamboozeled out of a thousand$ several years ago and should be aware of the old adage that “You can’t expect something for $$$nothing$$$
John
Bill, it was my pleasure. I am glad you did not get taken by these thieves. So often people are ripped off by some con artist and the poor person is so embarrassed, that they do not say anything. That just allows the thieves to continue to run their scams on the next person.
I have learned that almost everyone has been duped out of something at least once. Anyone that says otherwise is probably lying or it just hasn’t been their turn yet. As the song says — “Everybody Plays the Fool…Sometimes, There’s No Exception to the Rules”…
Glad to have been of service…
